Who is this guy?

From Fargo:

Officer Olson: What'd this guy look like, anyway?

Mr. Mohra: Oh, he was a little guy... Kinda funny lookin'.

Officer Olson: Uh-huh. In what way?

Mr. Mohra: Oh, just in a general kinda way.

Funny-looking character actors have long been a mainstay in Thai cinema.

Just look at the movies these days. You have cherubic Kotee Aramboy, who is featured in many films. Then there's the cross-eyed actress (who is she?) from Sahamongkol comedies like Chai Lai, and the smash-faced guy who can fold his lips over his nose (who is he?), who appears in a lot of the Phranakorn comedies. And there's Suthon Wechkama, who has appeared in many films. He played the toothless madman from 13 Beloved.

Over on Die, Danger, Die, Die Kill!, Todd has thrown down a challenge of sorts: To name the cross-eyed, toothless, extremely skinny, singing character actor from Tone and (1970) Jong-arng Payong (1971).

There's no prize involved, other than the good feeling of filling in a gap of information, and giving the actor a name, other than "that funny looking guy".
