Chocolate at Bite the Mango, joining Wonderful Town in Helsinki
Chocolate is all the rage for this season's autumn film festivals.
After its Midnight Madness appearance in Toronto, Prachya Pinkaew's action hit heads to concurrent appearances at Fantastic Fest in Austin, the 21st Helsinki International Film Festival, where it joins Aditya Assarat's Wonderful Town in the 140-film lineup. Chocolate is also in the lineup at the Bite the Mango Festival in the U.K.
Fantastic Fest, running September 18 to 25, has already been mentioned here. Helsinki's fest runs September 18 to 28. The Bite the Mango fest is at the National Media Museum in Bradford, West Yorkshire, from September 19 to 25.
Hopefully, Chocolate will be given a decent commercial theatrical run in the U.K. in October, ahead of the DVD release in November.
