Posters, trailer for Burn
Burn is an upcoming thriller from Sahamongkol Film International. It stars Bongkot "Tak" Kongmalai, Prangthong Changdham and Chalat Na Songkla, who looks to be playing the hero after some turns as a baddie in The Tiger Blade and Vengeance. It's directed by Peter Manus, who previously directed 999-9999 in 2002.
The story has something to do with an "investigation into unexplained cases of spontaneous human combustion and an evil corporate cover-up." The trailer, embedded below, gives little away as far as I can see, but from the smouldering looks of Tak -- no, the eyeglasses are not fooling me for a second -- maybe there's something else going on there.
Burn is set for release in Thai cinemas on September 11.

Hey, I've posted a transcript and translation of the Burn trailer on Thai Video Transcripts (another hobby site of mine).
ReplyDeleteI'm still working on eventually being able to overlay the subtitles on the YouTube video dynamically. Hopefully this will suffice in the meantime.
Thank you! That's really helpful. And so dramatic.

It wouldn't be half so dramatic if it weren't in all caps. :P
